The entire RHOC cast knew of Shannon Beador’s husband’s affair before she did. During an appearance on last night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live , Beador confirmed that not only Tamra Barney knew of David’s infidelities, but also the rest of the RHOC cast.
“[The RHOC cast] all knew before I did. They did,” Beador told Cohen , according to a report by E! News on July 21.
“No one said anything?” Dorinda Medley then asked.
“No… very shortly before I found out. I know now that [the RHOC cast] all knew, so…”
Last year, around the time filming wrapped on The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 9, Beador began having questions about her husband’s behavior. Then, on April 1, David admitted to cheating.
“At the time when it should’ve been the best year of my life, he started an affair. I caught him whispering to this person on the phone and I suspected something was wrong… I just knew something was different and I was told I was crazy… I knew.”
After rejoining the RHOC cast for Season 10, Beador, who had just discovered news of her husband’s infidelity, had a lot to think about. Should she continue on with the show and expose her troubles to the RHOC cast and viewers watching, or should she keep her marital troubles secret? Ultimately, Beador chose the first option, and while it was a hard choice, she felt it would be good for couples who may be dealing with the same issue.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, the RHOC cast member has continued to keep her fans in the loop with her marriage since Season 10 began. In one of her latest blogs, Beador opened up about the acceptance she has for the things she has yet to find out about her husband’s affair, and the details she may never be aware of.
“When infidelity happens over the course of months, it isn’t possible to know everything that happened during that time period. The end result, however, is what is most important. If I happen to realize a lie that was told to me during the affair, David affirms his love for me and I feel his remorse. That is communication. That is moving forward. That is love.”
