Country music star Reba McEntire opened up recently, revealing quite a few secrets that might surprise some of her biggest fans and critics.
As part of the series, “25 Things You Don’t Know About Me,” Reba covered a number of different topics when she went through the interesting and insightful list with Us Weekly.

The Love Somebody singer shared some of the things that she dislikes (or hates) – including a select few that have ironic twists.
“I hate liver… I don’t like to drive fast, yet my son [Shelby Blaystock] is a race car driver. I hate high heels, even though I look better in them… I love living by the water, but I don’t like to get in it.”
One of the many facts that were not very surprising at all – especially to longtime Reba fans – was the one about her honesty.
“I’m a very blunt person and always tell the truth.”
Anyone that is not very familiar with Reba McEntire’s love for absolute honesty was introduced to it with this list of interesting facts about her. Reba clearly refused to bite her tongue and hold anything back – especially when it came to targeting the different things that she felt strongly about overall.
For instance, the 60-year-old actress was not afraid to address the topic of aging with an honest perspective.
“I’m not ashamed of my age, even though I fight aging every day.”
Reba McEntire also did not hold back when it came to identifying the types of people and behaviors that at least annoy her.
“I dislike people being on their cell phone at a meal… I don’t like to be interrupted. It’s hard enough to keep a thought as it is… Rude people piss me off!”
In addition to everything else, Reba made sure that she focused on her strong faith and religious beliefs for a couple of the facts as well.
“I believe in angels. They are with me always… My faith in God is the most important thing in my life.”
Reba McEntire is currently promoting the release of Love Somebody , her 27th studio album. The 12-track album was released on Tuesday.

She also recently advised the top 12 contestants of the current season of the reality TV singing competition, The Voice . Many Nashville fans are also excited about seeing Reba McEntire playing a villainous role on the hit ABC series.
With a successful career that extends back to the mid-1970s, it is clear that Reba McEntire is not going anywhere anytime soon.
