Reality star Kim Richards’ public intoxication case was recently heard in court. However, according to a report, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star only addressed one of the pending charges against her.

While the reality star faced charges of public intoxication, resisting an officer, trespassing, and battery on an officer after getting drunk at the Beverly Hills Hotel, she has only plead “no contest” to resisting an officer.

In turn, the reality star received a plea deal, which may or may not bring the case against her to a close.

According to a report by Radar Online on September 14 in regard to Richards’ case , the reality star “must attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, stay away from the [hotel], where the incident occurred, and do 30 hours of community labor. She will also remain on probation for 36 months.”

In addition, proclaimed Radar Online , “The community labor assignment is pending because Richards didn’t provide a note to the judge explaining her claims that she has a foot injury that would prevent her from doing the work. A progress report is scheduled for December 14, 2015, and the community service will be addressed at that point.”

Earlier this year, the reality star suffered a relapse and was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Months later, following several reported stints in rehab, the reality star was arrested for a second time. However, during her arrest at a Target store in Van Nuys, California, it did not appear Richards was under the influence of alcohol or any drugs. Instead, the reality star was charged with shoplifting.

For weeks after the reality star’s second arrest, Richards remained out of the spotlight, but then, last week, as the Inquisitr previously reported, she surfaced at a smoke shop in Los Angeles. According to TMZ , the reality star was photographed at the Sherman Oaks store, where sources claimed she alleged tried to obtain Xanax .

TMZ ‘s sources alleged the reality star visited the shop three separate times in hopes of getting her hands on the illegal prescription drug, but was repeatedly told they did not sell drugs at their store. The site also claimed Richards was claiming to need the drug due to her foot injury, despite Xanax being an anxiety medication.

Prior to TMZ ‘s report, the reality star had returned to Twitter, where she claimed to be sober and doing well. She has not tweeted since the drug rumor hit the web.
