Porsha Williams has been through quite a bit over the past year as the Real Housewives of Atlanta cameras have been packed away. Not only did she get involved in a physical brawl, but she was also rushed to the hospital. Maybe Williams will open up about these instances on the new season, but it sounds like someone close to her encouraged her to seek some professional help. These days, Porsha has been going to a therapist to talk about her issues. It’s no secret that she doesn’t know how to control her anger, especially in the company of Kenya Moore, but it sounds like she’s working on herself.
According to a new Bravo report, Porsha Williams is now revealing that she’s trying to get her life back on track. And fans will get to see how she’s doing that on this upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. While fans met her when she was married and ready to have children, she’s now balancing a business and a single life.

“This season on Housewives , you will really get to know me. Um, I’ve been kind of evolving. And I think this season I’m more comfortable in my skin than ever before,” Porsha Williams recently revealed while visiting The Real, according to Bravo.
“I’m taking counseling, which is something I’m a really big fan of, therapy. Being able to have another outlet is really good. Getting back closer to family as well and saying, ‘yes’ to things more. You know? Sometimes life can wear you down,” Williams explained during the interview, according to Bravo.

Just last week, her ex-husband Kordell Stewart did an interview, where he talked about his brand new tell-all book. Of course, Porsha Williams will be a part of the book, because he did an interview where he revealed that he helped her out financially. Williams apparently didn’t have any money when they met each other and he was a retired NFL player with plenty of money in the bank.

Surprisingly, Porsha Williams revealed during her interview that she’s back with an ex with the last name of Stewart. But she isn’t talking about Kordell. The two have been fighting quite a bit after their divorce, as Williams kept hinting that perhaps Stewart may be into men instead of women. But Porsha is letting herself date and it sounds like she’s enjoying the old romance.

“The power of yes! You know, you start to say ‘no’ because you think you’re protecting yourself, but really, you’re stopping some of the blessings that could happen. So for me, this season, you know, I start dating again,” Porsha Williams explains about her current dating life, adding, “And crazy enough, the person that I’m seeing is someone from my past. We dated four years in my early twenties, he was the love of my life.”

And this is indeed a romance that you will see play out on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. For several seasons, people have hoped that Williams would find love with someone, but she hasn’t been able to find one who can settle down in Atlanta. Maybe she just needed to mature a bit to fit with this new man.
“But it’s interesting, you get to kind of see that relationship and kind of where we are. We’re not exactly in a relationship right now, but it’s growing into something,” Porsha Williams revealed about the new season of the show, which starts in just under two weeks on Bravo.
