Olivia Wilde just may be the secret behind Saturday Night Live writer and actor Jason Sudeikis’ 20 pound weight loss. The 29-year-old The Incredible Burt Wonderstone actress became engaged to the 37-year-old comic in January — and, apparently, the relationship has done wonders for his health.
In an extensive interview released last week with Ray Rogers for Modern Luxury Manhattan , Jason Sudeikis had a lot to say about how Olivia Wilde has helped him shed twenty pounds:
“Being happy, and in love, for me, was the secret. I feel like I returned home to myself as an individual through the process of falling in love with the sweetest woman I’ve ever known.”
Sudeikis acknowledged that he needed to lose 20 pounds to reduce a 36-inch waistline that he said was slowly packed on working at SNL.
But when will the wedding between beauty Olivia Wilde and the newly slim Jason Sudeikis take place?
The rumors have continued to swirl, with some sources hinting that she’ll enjoy a spring wedding in upper New York state in 2014 .
However, Wilde responded to some of those rumors with a blunt statement :
“Anything you heard is a lie because we don’t know yet! We’re so blessed to be very busy at the moment, but it will be fun whenever it happens!”
Olivia Wilde’s first wedding, to Italian filmmaker Tao Ruspoli, was a far from impressive production. She married him on a school bus in 2003 when she was just 19. That marriage lasted eight years, ending in 2011.
Sudeikis provided a few new hints in the MLM interview, although he still didn’t reveal many details:
“We want it to be not a plane-train-automobile situation—and not on Thanksgiving or Memorial Day weekend.”
And, as a comic, he couldn’t miss his little joke:
“[Y]ou don’t know who’s going to RSVP…I don’t know if Obama even reads his e-vites. They probably go through nine filters. Any e-vite is probably going to go to spam.”
Be that as it may, doesn’t it seem like an interesting twist that Jason Sudeikis is the one who lost weight ahead of the wedding to Olivia Wilde?
