Netflix is now available for a handful of Google Android based devices that include the HTC Incredible, Nexus One, Evo 4G, G2, and the Samsung Nexus S.

The app showed up on Thursday in the Android Market and features a bunch of options users will appreciate including the ability to resume watching shows where you left off on your computer or TV, manage your instant que and of course browse movies.

Netflix explains on their blog that the app is currently only available on devices with “requisite playback support” and that they expect the “technical challenges will be resolved in the coming months.” Netflix says that once those difficulties are worked out they will be able to “provide a Netflix application that will work on a large majority of Android phones.”

Sorry Canada you are also out of luck at this time, but that shouldn’t really come as a surprise.
