NBA teams have finalized their opening night rosters as the league is set to open its 70th regular season on Tuesday.

Teams had until 5 p.m. Eastern time yesterday to send in their 15-man rosters to the NBA offices, which led to a flurry of moves. The Philadelphia 76ers made the most moves as they waived Pierre Jackson, Jordan McRae, J.P. Tokoto, Scottie Wilbekin and Furkan Aldemir. The Sixers also signed Jordan Railey to an NBADL contract and assigned him to the Delaware, according to the Associated Press .

Railey tallied five points and two rebounds in 15 minutes of action over three summer league games for the 76ers this summer. Chuck Myron of Hooprumors.com reports that the 23-year old, 7-footer signed with BC Igokea of Bosnia during the summer. He averaged 6.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 16.4 minutes per game as a senior last season at Washington State.

In other roster moves, the New Orleans Pelicans signed point guard Ish Smith and Metta World Peace earned the last roster spot on the Los Angeles Lakers.

According to Fox Sports , the Pelicans claimed Smith off of waivers to help offset the loss of Tyreke Evans and Norris Cole, who are both dealing with injuries. Evans is expected to miss 6-8 weeks after undergoing knee surgery on his right knee, and Norris Cole could be out the first month of the season with a high ankle sprain.

Smith was in training camp with the Washington Wizards after spending last season with the Philadelphia 76ers where he averaged a career-best 12.0 points and 6.1 assists in 27.1 minutes. With Smith’s signing, New Orleans will start the season with 15-players on their roster.

In the meanwhile, the Los Angeles Lakers decided to keep Metta World Peace instead of Jabari Brown as the final player on their 15-man roster, per ESPN . World Peace, who turns 36 next month, played in China and Italy last year. However, he showed he could still be a valuable defender this preseason and helped mentor second-year pro, Julius Randle.

World Peace has averaged 13.7 points and 4.7 rebounds in 15 NBA seasons with the Chicago Bulls, Indiana Pacers, Sacramento Kings, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers, and New York Knicks.

Brown, 22, reportedly could end up back in the D-League with the Los Angeles D-Fenders but also should garner interest from other clubs. He had 12.0 points, 2.1 assists and 1.9 rebounds in 19 games with the Lakers a season ago.

In total, 446 players are under contract to start the season as every team except four will start with a full roster. Houston, New York, Orlando and Phoenix are the teams that will begin the season with only 14 players. The rest of the article will list each of the NBA’s 30 teams opening day rosters.

The Sixers have four point guards on their roster but will be without Kendall Marshall (knee) until at least November and Wroten ( recovering from torn ACL).

Wood was impressive during the preseason, compiling 31 points and 24 rebounds in 63 total minutes spanning five game. In addition, Philadelphia cut J.P. Tokoto as well as Furkan Aldemir.
