The perpetual fear of jihad coming to America has amplified thanks to numerous reports of ISIS causing havoc down in Texas.

Here at The Inquisitr , we’ve reported on the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria’s reach in the United States, especially with the situation at Fort Bliss . There are professional views that ISIS and the Mexican Drug Cartels might be considering a partnership , which is opposite of an earlier report in which ISIS and the Mexican Drug Cartels wouldn’t get along with each other .

Unfortunately, it seems as though jihad is now here in America. According to reports, a Muslim who murdered a Christian teenager in New Jersey did so to avenge Muslims who were killed in the Middle East by U.S. military forces.

Brenden Tevlin was murdered in New Jersey. He was 19 years old.

According to an article by Fox News , Ali Muhammad Brown is accused of killing a 19-year-old in New Jersey and three men in Washington State. Court records show that the Brown wanted to kill the teenager, Brendan Tevlin, as an act of vengeance to retaliate for U.S. military action in the Middle East. As for the other three men who Brown is convicted for murdering , they were gunned down in Seattle. Tevlin’s murder was similar too.

Ali Muhammad Brown is a devout Muslim opposed to U.S. intervention overseas, especially in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, and Iran. At this moment, he is being held in Newark, but he may be extradited to Washington State.

The New York Daily News was the original source, and has more details about the case, including words from Ali Muhammad Brown himself. Apparently, he justified Tevlin’s murder as a “just kill” in which he targeted an adult, not women, children, or the elderly. Police interviews also show that he described the U.S. military campaign in the Middle East as evil, stating that if a man sees evil, then he must take action against that evil.

“All these lives are taken every single day by America, by this government. So a life for a life.”

It should also be reported that Ali Muhammad Brown a previous run in with police. Back in 2004, he was part of a massive Seattle bank fraud scheme. Police originally thought the accused crime ring shipped stolen money overseas to terrorists, but they lacked evidence to prove the case.

We want to know what you think about this crime. Do you think this crime will put a stigma on Islam and other Muslims living here in America? Please let us know in the comments below.
