The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga may have tried starting a singing career while she was in the spotlight, but after a few songs the career fizzled out a bit. Of course, Melissa started slowing down a bit when she learned of Teresa Giudice’s legal troubles. Gorga had been working on her own career, but she expressed that she was ready to step in to help out with Teresa’s four children.
Of course, there have been stories about Melissa Gorga taking on the lead for The Real Housewives of New Jersey now that Teresa Giudice is in jail. Bravo has yet to confirm anything, but Melissa is the clear connection to Teresa in jail. And it sounds like Gorga wants something more to offer, which is why she is working on her own business venture. This could be a way to get the focus away from Giudice.
According to a new Bravo report, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga is now launching a new jewelry line. The line includes 18 custom-designed pieces in her signature gold and silver tones. And the great thing about this jewelry line is that it is very affordable. Each piece is priced under $100.
“I wanted to create a collection with pieces that can take you from day to night,” Melissa Gorga has revealed about her new jewelry line, adding, “Each of the 18 pieces ranging from necklaces and earrings to bracelets and rings are bold enough to make a statement, but as easy to wear with a fitted blazer and jeans as it is with a black dress and killer heels.”
Gorga recently revealed that she hasn’t been talking to Teresa, which may have given her more time to work on this venture. Melissa Gorga isn’t the first housewife to create a jewelry line, but she is the first from New Jersey to try something along these lines. And it sounds like this is something Melissa has been working on for quite some time.
“I am passionate about my new jewelry collection because I truly believe that accessorizing an outfit with a few key statement pieces really helps you feel more put together. I know that when I take the time to add a simple gold necklace to my white T-shirt and jeans and a great pair of earrings, it changes the whole outfit,” Melissa Gorga has revealed about the inspiration behind the collection, adding, “I wear jewelry every day. I truly feel that it completes a look and polishes any outfit. It is the finishing touch!”
Gorga is encouraging people to tune in to HSN for a first look at the jewelry line. According to the Inquisitr , Gorga may not film the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey out of loyalty to Teresa Giudice.
