Mel B and Stephen Belafonte are having trouble if one of them moves out of the home they share as a family. According to Yahoo! Celebrity , former Spice Girl Mel B has seemingly left the London home that she lived in with her American director husband, as sources confirm that there were boxes and luggage taken from the house on Dec. 15. This news comes just one day after domestic abuse rumors circulated.
Mel B missed the UK’s X Factor semi finals due to an “illness,” but when she returned to the finals the next night, people noticed something very strange. Mel appeared to have bruises on her body, especially her arms and her face, and she was not wearing her wedding ring. Sources say that the X Factor judge had been crying during the commercial breaks. And it didn’t take long for the rumor mill to catch on.

If Mel B has moved out of the home she shared with Belafonte, and the rumors are true in any capacity, there will be more to this story to come. However, despite the nasty accusations about domestic abuse, Stephen Belafonte has denied the claims. According to Mail Online , Belafonte took to Twitter to respond to rumors that he got into a physical altercation with Mel.

Naturally no one expected Belafonte to come forward and admit that he got physical with his wife… but many think that his denial is interesting, given the fact that his wife didn’t agree with nor defend him. In fact, Mel has not tweeted anything since Dec. 11, which is more telling than Belafonte’s denial.
News that Mel B Belafonte moved out of her home sounds like things are more serious, and that something else is going on that the public can only assume at this point. It shouldn’t be long before Mel B speaks out, or before divorce papers are filed.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Mel and Stephen welcomed a daughter together in 2011. Kim has 12-year-old Phoenix and 4-year-old Angel with her ex, actor Eddie Murphy.
