Transformers star Megan Fox got the best Valentine’s Day gift of them all. Fox and her husband, former Beverly Hills 90210 star, Brian Austin Green welcomed a baby boy, their second together, on Thursday, February 13.
TooFab was the first to report the news, revealing that Noah, who was born in September 2012 to the couple, now has a baby brother. This makes the third boy for Green, as he already has an 11-year-old son Kassius with his ex Vanessa Marcil.
Back in November 2013, Us Weekly caught up with Fox to ask her some questions about her pregnancy. “I’ve had rough first trimesters,” she explained. “But once you get into the second, it’s fine after that.”
Apparently her first pregnancy wasn’t any easier. During an interview with Jay Leno, in December, she revealed that her pregnancy was so bad that she thought she may be giving birth to a vampire baby!
It was so bad for me. I was convinced that I was, like, maybe birthing a vampire baby like the one in Twilight — you know what happens to Bella, where she’s in cold sweats all the time — and I felt like that was happening because I had no vitamins and nutrients, and I was just nauseous. Something not human was happening!
“I don’t have time to think about it, I have a 1-year-old running around,” Fox said when asked about the similarities between her two pregnancies. “And then when you’re working like 16 hours a day, there’s no time for you at all. When I was home, I wasn’t sleeping,” Fox continued. “I was trying to make out time for the baby and spend time with him. So it was rough.”
For the most part, I would say it’s been a lot easier. I think that could have a lot to do with the fact that I already have a baby, so I’m so distracted taking care of him, that I don’t really have time to sit and lament on the fact that I’m pregnant or indulge my pregnancy.
Fox does, however, think that Noah will be an excellent big brother. “He loves to be the center of attention and I also think he is a really sensitive child,” Megan said. “I think that he’s going to be a nurturer. I think he’s going to be an amazing big brother with time.”
Despite the challenging pregnancies, Fox admits that she could not imagine her life any other way, and loves being a mother.
Until you have kids, you can’t imagine how much you could possibly love a human being. It’s really intense and really overwhelming and amazing.
