‘Mean Girls’ Mansion Hits Market With A Salty Price: $14.8 Million

If you thought Regina George was mean, you should see the price tag on the mansion the famous and iconic teen movie Mean Girls was filmed in: $14.8 million. But, if you want to be in the cool crowd, you’ve got to pay the price.

It’s all there: the amazing master bedroom that Regina kicked her own parents out of, the Shakespearean balcony fit for a scene from Romeo and Juliet , and the staircase that would rival the staircase in Tara, the mansion of Scarlett O’Hara in Gone With The Wind . The Bridle Path mansion is located at 11 High Point Road, Toronto, Ontario. You can check out the unbelievable listing here. The estate listing highlights some of the amenities that Regina didn’t realize the other 99 percent don’t have.

“Behind the gates you will find an exquisite NeoClassical Solid Stone Estate that features the perfect balance of grandeur and elegance. The approximate 20,000 sq ft Solid Stone Residence is masterfully built to a standard that is rarely seen and situated on a most private 2 acre property. An elegant estate that offers a lifestyle of luxury and privacy on the most exclusive street in the prestigious Bridle Path. Large, spacious airy rooms flow with a symmetry that promotes a feeling of luxury and relaxation for formal entertaining or fine living.”

Of course, you won’t be cleaning that 20,000 square foot home, so there’s nanny and staff quarters included. (You did want a nanny, right? Or were you going to use Kelis ‘ “Milkshake” to entertain your little darling like in the movie?) Don’t you remember?

With five bedrooms, an exercise spa, and a pool, you won’t gain an ounce as you sip on your Cosmo. Unless you’re a loser, and then you’re probably going to find yourself in the Burn Book that may or may not have been left behind somewhere. We know a lot about the house: the glorious rooms, the ultra-dysfunctional family that lived there, the fact that the empire was the result of founding Toaster Strudels, but we don’t know a lot about the real people who may have once lived there.

Remember, Mean Girls was filmed when Lindsay Lohan was in her prime and the least dysfunctional of all the girls. It was also filmed in 2004, before Lindsay began her slide. So schedule a tour, admire the grandeur, reminisce about the secrets that were told there, and don’t be surprised if you run into the ghost of a girl or two. And remember, loser, the boys are waiting.
