Yes, you heard right. Over three feet of thick cut bacon hugging one humongous deep-dish pizza. This is comfort food on a whole new level, especially for those who love bacon, which is virtually every American. This is definitely no humble pie.
Little Caesars will be unveiling and serving up that wonderful treat, the Bacon Wrapped Crust DEEP! DEEP! Dish pizza for the first time on February 23.
Bear in mind, this pizza is not for the faint of heart, especially with all that cholesterol and at a price of $12 an order, it is not exactly cheap either.

According to Techtimes , we should also bear in mind this tempting and tasty beauty contains 450 calories in just one single slice. There is also 830 milligrams of sodium, 23 grams of fat and 40 milligrams of cholesterol. This will definitely keep you warm in winter . It also contains pepperoni, of course, and the top is sprinkled with yet more… yes, bacon.
Mind you, Tina Taylor, a spokesperson for the company, said its actually not really that unhealthy, well comparatively speaking anyway.
“It is indulgent, but compared to MANY other products in the industry it’s not half bad. One slice has less calories than a quarter pounder with cheese from a certain fast food chain. Just a thought.”
As the obsession with bacon once again grows, Little Caesars is taking advantage of the situation, taking the bull by the horns and producing the best bacon extravagance ever.
Using the cute slogan, “In Bacon We Crust,” David Scrivano, CEO of the popular pizza chain, said, “Every time you take a bite out of the crust, you’ll get bacon.”
There was apparently quite a bit of research done before creating this monster pizza. Darren Tristano, executive VP for the research firm Technomic, said that bacon has become the ultimate indulgence.
“As a comfort food, bacon has emotional connections for many consumers with Mom-made breakfasts and weekend morning family occasions.”
Before you think that you have finally reached Heaven, there is one major drawback. This monstrous and delicious pizza will only be available for a limited time, in fact only up until late April.

The Washington Post is theorizing why suddenly restaurants are putting bacon back on the menu again. First there was Starbucks recently adding its own new treat with a 540-calorie double-smoked bacon, cheddar and egg breakfast sandwich, and now Little Caesars with their Deep Dish Bacon Wrapped Crust.
