Lindsay Ellingson is getting hitched.
The Victoria’s Secret model got engaged to longtime boyfriend Sean Clayton, who reportedly popped the question during a Thanksgiving Day trip to visit his parents in Ohio.
Though she managed to keep the engagement quiet or a few weeks, Ellingson showed up to a screening of the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show at the Highline Stages in New York City wearing an engagement ring. The model showed off the huge diamond on her ring finger in a setting surrounded by smaller diamonds on the band.
The ring was a hit with the other Victoria’s Secret angels at the event, a source told Us Weekly magazine.
Lindsay Ellingson also wore the ring earlier this month, showing it off at the 9th annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball in New York City, though she managed to keep it under the radar then. But there was no getting it past her fellow models when it came time to screen the fashion show.
The model later confirmed her engagement to People magazine.
“Yes, it’s true,” the 29-year-old model told People . “My love proposed last month and I couldn’t be happier!”
Lindsay Ellingson played a big role in the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show , wearing a 3-D corset bedazzled in Swarovski crystals for the lingerie maker’s “Snow Angels” collection.
“Thank you @swarovski and @VictoriasSecret for my beautiful #snowangel look in the #VSFashionShow!” she tweeted Wednesday. “I loved it!”
Ellingson has been working hard to keep in share for the event, telling Us Weekly that she has been keeping a strict workout routine.
“I’ve been doing ballet beautiful and hot yoga just to tone,” she said. “It tones you so beautifully and lengthens your muscles.”
Lindsay Ellingson didn’t elaborate when her wedding might take place.
