Liberty Ross has reportedly hired a celebrity divorce lawyer and is planning a move back to the UK after leaving director husband Rupert Sanders.
Liberty, 33, is reportedly aiming for the divorce after Sanders affair with Twilight actress Kristen Stewart came to light a couple of weeks ago. Since then, both Stewart and Sanders have issued public apologies, but it seems neither Ross or Stewart’s beau and Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson are forgiving the pair, reports The People .
While Rupert Sanders has been spotted about with his wedding ring still on, it appears that Liberty, who was spotted leaving the office of top-flight lawyers in Los Angeles last week doesn’t feel the same, as she was spotted sans wedding rings. A source close to the British model stated:
“She only moved to the States to support Rupert and his career. She has no strong ties in the US nor does she want to remain here. She has made it clear that she wants to move back to the UK with her children. She obviously wants them to carry on seeing their father, but she feels there is no point in staying in the US. Given that the majority of her family and friends are in the UK, nothing is holding her here and the kids are young enough to start a new school and not be affected.”
The Daily Mail notes that Liberty Ross is looking for a “clean break” from her relationship with cheating Rupert Sanders, and is attempting to deal with the reported divorce in a “swift and efficient way for the sake of her children.” Both Rupert and Kristen released groveling apologies after pictures of their steamy affair were published. Rupert Sanders wrote:
“I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family. My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together.”
Unfortunately for Sanders, it looks like Liberty Ross won’t be forgiving him anytime soon, if the divorce rumors turn out to be true.
