Lauren Hashian And Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Baby News

It’s a girl! Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson announced the happy news on Instagram November 10. Johnson and Lauren Hashian , his longtime girlfriend, have been the subject of baby rumors since last September, and fans are thrilled to finally have the baby news confirmed.

One fan said she was happier about Dwayne Johnson expecting a baby girl than she will ever be about anything that happens to any of her Twitter followers.

Forty-three-year-old Johnson couldn’t contain his happiness when he shared the baby girl news with the world, along with a “sweet photo” of the couple.

In the photo, Dwayne is “lovingly holding” Lauren’s “growing baby bump.” The new dad-to-be overflowed with joy in the caption.

“I was raised by and live with amazing and strong women, so the universe felt we needed one more…IT’S A BABY GIRL!! THANK YOU guys so much for the awesome support and love you’ve sent,” he wrote. “We’re so grateful for this blessing and thrilled to share the news with y’all…”

According to the Daily Mail , Dwayne “cheekily hashtagged” the baby celebration photo with another comment, “Bring on more estrogen in our home.” Dwayne is definitely comfortable with strong women, and fans like that about him. One Twitter user described Johnson’s hashtags as awesome.

Unfortunately, some of “The Rock’s” biggest fans were unhappy that their own already rocky chances for a romance with Dwayne Johnson slipped even further away. One said she would cry herself to sleep every night.

Another Twitter user said her heart was just broken finding out Dwayne was having a baby with someone else.

Johnson knows what he’s talking about when he says he welcomes more estrogen in the house. The “Hollywood hunk” has a 14-year-old daughter, Simone, with former wife Dany Garcia.

“ The Rock ” manages to keep his private life mostly separate from his public life and rarely talks about partner Lauren or daughter Simone publicly, but sometimes he has to share how much he loves and respects his family. Hollywood Life quoted an interview Johnson did with Esquire magazine, where he gushed a little bit about the women in his family.

“I always like making sure we find the balance and my home life is in there and Lauren Hashian is in there and my daughter is in there. You gotta get the better half in there.”

Later in the interview, he pointed out that he’s had plenty of successes that he’d been “lucky enough” to get” and made sure to give credit to his partner and daughter. Dwayne is convinced that without his loving family, he wouldn’t have all the success he enjoys today.

“That doesn’t happen unless the home life is solid,” he said.

Radar Online was the first to report that Lauren and Dwayne were expecting a baby. A source told the online magazine that the couple “can’t wait” to give Simone a little brother or sister. Now they know it’s a girl, they’re even more excited!

“Dwayne and Lauren couldn’t be more thrilled. They’ve been rock solid for about nine years now and felt it was time to expand their family.”

Johnson has a lot of work lined up for the next few months, along with being a dad to a new baby girl. He has “at least nine projects,” including the upcoming Disney animated film Moana and Dwayne’s reprisal of Hobbs in Furious 8 .
