Laura Prepon, the famous That ’70s Show actress and Scientologist, was spotted out on what appeared to be a date with Hollywood hunk Tom Cruise.
It is common knowledge that Prepon and Cruise have been friends for many years. Since they were seen at The Manor Hotel in L.A. sharing laughs and wine for a good three hours, rumors began to surface about a possible romantic connection between them.
A source spoke to Grazia magazine about the possibility of a romance between Laura Prepon and Tom Cruise, saying:
“He had her picked up in a vintage car, knowing it was one of her favorites, and had pre-ordered a vintage bottle of 1979 merlot, which was on the table when she arrived. They spent three hours laughing and joking. It’s clear Tom is smitten and after the date he was on cloud nine .”
The Renaissance restaurant at the hotel is a renowned hot spot for Scientologists and serves a high standard fusion of French and Californian food.
The source continued:
”They had their second date at the restaurant too, meeting for Sunday brunch and she then accompanied him a few days later to a dinner party at John [Travolta] and Kelly’s home.”
Despite the Grazia report though a representative of Tom Cruise denied the dating rumors , alleging they were “totally false.” It has been just over a year since Cruise divorced his third wife Katie Holmes after five years of marriage.
