Former Saved by the Bell star Lark Voorhies’ new husband is wanted by police in Arizona.

According to court documents, Jimmy Green, whom Voorhies wed on April 30, has an arrest warrant in Tuscon for disorderly conduct and threatening to intimidate. This news was broken by TMZ on Friday , and Voorhies’ representative Jennifer Wolfson told People Magazine they were taking the matter seriously.

“We’re looking into the matter and are obviously concerned about these allegations.”

Voorhies and Green initially met on Facebook but began dating after connecting at a networking event in 2014. Hours before news of his warrant emerged, Voorhies shared her excitement about being with Green to People Magazine .

“We have known it was meant to be for a while now and are so happy we found each other. I look forward to all the wonderful moments and memories we will create together. Thank you so much for all the well wishes and we appreciate them indeed!”

Voorhies, who is best known for her role as Lisa Turtle on the NBC sitcom, initially wed Green on April 1 but was intended to be an April Fool’s joke. Later that month, they officially got married in Las Vegas. Voorhies shared they intended to have another, bigger ceremony with family and friends in 2016. It is unclear how this news may affect those plans at this time.

TMZ was the first to unearth the arrest warrant documents about Voorhies’ husband, who allegedly threatened to kill a store owner.

According to TMZ , a police report said, “Green allegedly tried to return a cellphone but the owner refused to take it back. Cops say he then became enraged, threw the phone at the wall and said, ‘I’m going to break the store and kill (you).’”

Voorhies had to fight off media reports in 2012 claiming she had bipolar disorder. In 2012 she sat down with Entertainment Tonight to refute the People Magazine story, but Voorhies became difficult to understand.

“It’s a small opinionata (sic) that is getting blown thoroughly out of proportion. I have no stating (sic) reasons why anyone should worry about me. I mean clearly I am a very strong, top of the line, always rising to it, personage and I have no worries myself, nor do I exude, exhibit or possess within my living stratus (sic) any reason why someone should worry on my behalf.”

Neither Green nor Voorhies has responded to the arrest warrant news.
