Kristen Taekman has managed to stay out of the drama on The Real Housewives of New York thus far, as she hasn’t been invited to social outings or gatherings. Taekman wasn’t invited to Bethenny Frankel’s birthday, and she was left out of the Beautique outing because she was not a single woman. However, Taekman has been dropping hints that she is not a fan of Bethenny and even hinted that she would be willing to switch up her role on the show.
This week, Kristen Taekman sat down with her longtime friend, Brandi Glanville. Brandi has her own podcast show, and since the two women are friends, Glanville wanted to know what it was like to be back on the show. But for Kristen, it sounds like she would be willing to switch her role on the show with Brandi, so she could try living in Beverly Hills. As for Glanville, she would have to take on Frankel.
According to a new Bravo report, Kristen Taekman proposed the idea after talking to Brandi on her podcast. Taekman suggested that they could swap during the winter months so she didn’t have to film in the cold New York weather. Glanville may have an opinion about that.
“I was thinking of swapping? What do you think? Should Brandi go to New York and I can go come out to Beverly Hills for a minute?” Kristen Taekman revealed, adding, “What do you think? For next winter, yeah.”
But Taekman isn’t switching roles because she doesn’t want to film with Brandi. These two are actually close friends, and Kristen has lots of respect for her friend. Maybe Taekman wants to go to Beverly Hills and set the record straight about her parenting and her drinking. There have been plenty of rumors about Brandi, but Kristen knows her friend and would probably come to her defense at any time.
“I’ll always be… Brandi and I are really good friends for a long time, so she’ll always be my BFF,” Kristen reveals about Brandi, adding, “Always and forever.”
While Brandi has her own podcast, Kristen Taekman has also been working on her own career. Of course, Taekman is a working model, but she has also started a fashion blog and she has been sharing beauty advice with various news outlets. According to the Inquisitr , Kristen Taekman has been working hard on her marriage, and things are much better at home.
