Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have reached a custody agreement in regard to their three children. According to Radar Online , the former couple has decided they will have joint custody of Mason, 6, Penelope, 2, and Reign, 8 months. After going their separate ways earlier this year, Kourtney and Scott were forced to make a decision about raising their children, and how they would handle their respective parenting roles moving forward.

“Kourtney has granted Scott legal joint custody of their three kids together, but they are still ironing out the visitation rights situation,” shared an insider.

It sounds like Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick won’t be getting back together any time soon, and if this is any indication on how their lives are going to be moving forward, one can presume that the two will be spending more time with their lawyers, making sure everything they need for their children is in writing.

For now, Scott is working on being there for his kids, and getting Kourtney to agree to let him see them more frequently — and without supervision.

“Scott wants to be able to come and get them whenever he wants and that is not something that Kourtney is willing to budge on. She already hates that he is asking to take the kids out without supervision. But she knows that every single time those kids see their daddy he has been sober. Mason does not let anything get by and he tells Kourtney if Scott is acting even a little bit strange,” the insider added.

Rumors about Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have circulated for months, and the latest involve a paternity bombshell that claims Scott isn’t actually Reign’s biological father. However, the reality stars seem to be content with their lives, and aren’t giving in to the hype.

According to Hollywood Life , there is still a sliver of hope left for these two. Sources say that the holidays could be Scott’s last chance at winning back Kourtney .

“If Scott wants Kourt, he has to deliver in the family department, especially around the holidays. When it comes to Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, this is the ultimate test for Scott. Add that along with Reign, 9 months, and Mason’s, 5, birthdays in December, and it is going to be a lot of proving from Scott that he is a changed man and is all about family. Kourtney has seen how her sisters are in great relationships — she wants one of her own and before she gives someone else a chance, she is giving the father of her children one last shot,” a source told Hollywood Life exclusively.
