KISS is preparing to hit the road with an all-new tour set to kick off this summer. The iconic band announced the dates and details for their Freedom to Rock tour on Friday, April 8, revealing that they will be traveling across the United States to perform in cities they haven’t been to in over a decade.

According to KISS’ official website, the Freedom to Rock tour will kick off in Boise, Idaho, on July 7 at the Taco Bell Arena, and will conclude two months later on September 10 in West Virginia at the Big Sandy Arena. Caleb Johnson, the winner of American Idol season 13, will be opening for KISS during the first half of their tour, and then the rock band The Dead Daisies will open for the second leg of the Freedom tour.

KISS announced 36 tour dates on Friday, and promise to announce more stops in the coming weeks. Tickets for the tour will go on sale on Friday, April 15, for the majority of the concert dates (tickets for the Grand Rapids, MI, and Youngstown, OH, shows will go on sale on Monday April 18). Pre-sale for those in KISS’ ARMY Fan Club will take place on April 12.

Prior to their summer tour, Kiss will be hitting the big screen with footage of their 2014 residency . The movie, titled Kiss Rocks Vegas, was filmed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas and will be heading to theaters worldwide on May 25, according to TeamRock.
“See us on the big screen with the awesome power of surround sound. Feel like you are in Vegas and don’t be shy – Shout It Out Loud,” frontman Paul Stanley said.
