Kim Richards, who stars in Bravo’s The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, reportedly is losing her house after entering rehab again. The 50-year-old claims she “can no longer afford” her home, which she rents, and returned to the house to “box her belongings and put them in storage,” according to the Daily Mail .

She’ll start looking for something smaller and cheaper while she finishes her residential stint in rehab for the next 30 to 60 days, and gets her finances in order. Kim entered rehab after she was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel for public intoxication.

Richards was charged with one count of public intoxication, one count of resisting, obstructing, delaying a peace officer or EMT, and one count of battery upon a peace officer, reports the Daily Mail . She was told after the “meltdown” to get help for her substance abuse issues.

The news about the house, which has been featured on episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills , is the latest in a long line of trouble for the reality star. Last week, news broke that Kim will no longer be on the TV show, and her daughter, Brooke, reportedly is no longer speaking to Richards after a separate meltdown at Brooke’s wedding last May.

Sources close to the star told TMZ that at the wedding, Kim was increasingly belligerent towards her daughter, and was “a mess” from either drugs or alcohol — no one could tell which. As a result, Kim’s sober coach, who was also at the wedding in Mexico, dumped her, too, and Richards missed her deadline to return to rehab.

Kim’s sister, reality star Kathy Hilton, says her sister had been doing “really well” in a California treatment center, and she’s “very proud of her.” Kim is reportedly “very coherent” now that she’s in rehab.

TMZ reported that Kim’s visitors were routinely attacked by her pit bull, Kingsley, at the luxury house, which became the subject of frequent lawsuits. The latest lawsuit comes from Kelly Crossley filed a suit earlier this month, claiming the dog attack left her with “grave bodily injuries.”

Kelly’s in good company: 80-year-old Kay Rosario, Alexia Richards (daughter of Kyle Richards), and Kim’s dog trainer David Utter all claim they were attacked by Kingsley at the house. Kim insists she doesn’t own the dog.

So where did Kim’s ex-husband, Monty, go after Richards packed up her belongings and ditched the house? He’s staying with Kim’s sister, Kathy Hilton, for the foreseeable future. There’s speculation Kim might move there, too, once she gets out of rehab.
