Kim Richards is still keeping in touch with her loved ones via social media despite being in rehab. She recently reached out to her daughter, Brooke Brinson, and ex-husband, Monty Brinson.
On Father’s Day on Sunday, Brooke posted a special message for her father. She included a photo of Monty walking her down the aisle at her first wedding, which was held at Kathy Hilton’s house and was filmed for a Season 5 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Brooke and her family decided to have a small wedding in Beverly Hills last year so that Monty, who is battling cancer, could walk her down the aisle.
Kim responded to the post with a comment. She wished her Monty a happy Father’s Day and told him and Brooke that she loves them both. Her message included three heart emojis.
“Happy Fathers Day?? I love you both????”
Monty wasn’t able to attend Brooke’s second wedding in Cabo last month because of his health. Prior to the wedding, there was speculation over whether Kim would attend because she had checked herself into rehab shortly after her arrest in mid-April. Days after the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 reunion finale aired, Kim was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel and subsequently charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer, and battery on a police officer.
Yet Kim did attend, as did her sister and co-star Kyle Richards. As the Inquisitr reported, Kyle, accompanied by her friend Faye Resnick, happily posed for photos and videos at the wedding. One video posted by their niece, Paris Hilton, show Kim and Kyle near one another as they shout out in joy.
Will Kim Richards return for Season 6 of the reality TV show, especially now that her two allies and friends Yolanda Foster and Brandi Glanville are reported to not be returning ? In an interview with Access Hollywood over the weekend, Kyle Richards didn’t give specifics but did say that there are “some big changes” coming to the show that she’s “kind of looking forward to.”
Kyle also commented on how Kim is doing in rehab.
“She’s doing better. You know, she’s taking care of herself and doing what she needs to do to get healthy.”
Even if Kim Richards does not return for Season 6 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills , viewers may still see her on a different show on a different network sometime in the future. As the Inquisitr previously reported, her ex-husband, Monty, in early June, denied that Kim had been fired from the show and boasted that she’s being pursued by NBC for two shows.
