Kim Kardashian may be pregnant, but she is reportedly headed for a divorce with husband Kanye West.
The couple has faced reports of trouble for several months now, but the latest rumors indicate that Kim and Kanye are fighting more than ever and may be headed for a split over Kanye’s insistence on pushing his fashion ideas on his wife.
Kim’s fashion troubles of late, including a series of widely mocked maternity outfits, are reportedly one of the biggest points of contention in the marriage. Kanye West is reportedly the one behind Kim’s fashion choices, and Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Kim is quite angry about the strange outfits he has chosen.
“Remember that skin tight black dress that laced up the front like a pair of sneakers that Kim was rocking in New York City last week? According to Closer Magazine, Kanye West picked the dress out for her and reassured her that she looked amazing. But, when she saw the pictures of herself smeared all over the internet wearing the dress, and the cruel comments and jokes that followed – Kim was mortified.”
Closer magazine quoted a source who claimed that Kanye suggested that Kim “sex it up” with the black dress, advice that ended up backfiring. Kim’s trust in Kanye was reportedly shaken, and rumors indicate that she lashed out in response.
This is far from the first time that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have faced divorce rumors. A number of other reports have cropped up in recent months, dating back to even before they tied the knot.
There have been various explanations for the couple’s reported split. A June report claimed that the couple was overwhelmed during their attempts to conceive a second child, and the jealousy and fighting began to tear them apart.
A separate report at the time claimed that Kanye West ditched Kim at a yacht party so he could hang out with his ex-girlfriend, Amber Rose, at a party thrown by his friend and fellow rapper Drake.
Kim may not be the only one angry. A few weeks before that report, other rumors from Celeb Dirty Laundry claimed that Kanye West was growing angry at how Kim exposed their daughter to the spotlight.
But it is difficult to tell how much truth there might be to the Kanye West and Kim Kardashian divorce rumors. The couple has faced down countless reports of infidelity, fighting, and near break-ups, and has yet to show any signs of real stress in their relationship.
