Kathryn Dennis didn’t have an easy time saying goodbye to her daughter, Kensington, during Monday night’s episode of Southern Charm .
After partaking in a photo shoot with the child beforehand, Kathryn Dennis was forced to part ways with Kensington and Thomas Ravenel, who is also the father of Dennis’ youngest child, son Saint Julien, prepared to take Kensington home to his house.
On June 13, Radar Online shared a clip from the show , which featured Dennis confirming her desire to get back together with Ravenel before breaking down as she parted ways with her ex-boyfriend and their daughter. As the outlet revealed, the photo shoot between Dennis and Kensington was the first time the reality star had seen her daughter in months.
As Kathryn Dennis admitted to the cameras that she could see herself back with Thomas Ravenel in the future, Kensington began to cry as she was forced to leave her mother.
“I’m so sorry,” Kathryn Dennis told her daughter as she informed Thomas Ravenel that she couldn’t bear to be apart from her child.
Thomas Ravenel then picked up the child as Kathryn Dennis walked back into the photography studio and broke down in tears. According to Dennis, Kensington didn’t want to leave her, and while she’s made mistakes in the past, she was ready to be back in the lives of her kids.
“I made my mistakes and I’ve taken responsibility for them but God almighty, it’s been so long,” she said. “I’ve paid my price for what I did. I’m ready for my kids to be back with me.”
Kathryn Dennis and Thomas Ravenel dated on and off for years and welcomed their two kids as they filmed the ongoing seasons of Southern Charm.
While Dennis and Ravenel have made a habit of getting back together after their breakups and even sparked rumors of a reunion recently, they are currently estranged as they continue to battle over custody of their two kids.
Kathryn Dennis was rumored to be seeing a new man months ago, but after what appeared to be a very short-lived romance, the alleged couple parted ways.
