Katherine Webb was recently photographed wearing a big diamond on her ring finger but the reality star insists that she isn’t engaged.
Rumors have been circulating for several weeks that the model / reality star / internet sensation was getting married to her boyfriend AJ McMarron . Webb denied the rumors today saying that McMarron still hasn’t proposed.
Webb, who landed modeling jobs and reality show gigs after she was singled out while sitting in the stands at the BCS title game, said that she is still dating her quarterback boyfriend McCarron but that they don’t have any plans to get married anytime soon.
Webb said: “We’re doing great… No (we’re not engaged). I promise you, you guys will know when that time comes.”
Webb, who ended her time on the reality show Splash after she suffered a minor injury, said that it was hard for her to adjust to all of the attention she was getting. Webb became instantly famous after announcer Brent Musburger commented on how attractive she was during the BCS game.
Webb said : “My life literally changed in a matter of 24 hours.”
The reality star said that she was thankful to get modeling jobs and reality show offers but said that she wanted to concentrate on charity work.
Webb said: “Right now I’m really just focusing on doing more charity work. I have more of a platform to be able to do that.”
