Kate Middleton is currently preparing to give birth to her second child, who is due at any point over the next two weeks. But even though she is resting ahead of going through labor for a second time, that hasn’t stopped an adorable story she told about Prince George from being released.
According to US Magazine , the tale came straight from the mouth of Claudia Gordon, a luxury travel advisor who recently spent time with the Duchess Of Cambridge at the 105th birthday celebration of London’s Going Hotel.
During an interview with Florida’s News-Press , Gordon revealed that she chatted with Middleton about her 20-month-old son, Prince George. According to Gordon, after being informed that Prince William was on a tour of China, Prince George went out in search of his father. In fact, at one point, he was adamant that he’d found his dad, only to be told that he was in the country, not their china cabinet.
Gordon remarked, “I asked her if Prince George was excited about the new prince or princess that was coming and she said yes and that he is a toddler and is talking and walking.”
She then added, “Then she told me that his daddy, Prince William, was visiting China. After hearing this, [Prince George] went to the china cabinet, opened it and proclaimed, ‘Daddy is not here’.”
Kate Middleton reportedly then quipped to Gordon that they’d have to “work on his geography.”
Meanwhile, it’s also been alleged that Pippa Middleton is going to move into Anmer Hall with Kate Middleton and Prince William ahead of her sister giving birth to either her niece or nephew.
OK! Magazine , via Celeb Dirty Laundry , reported that Pippa Middleton wants to assist her sister with her latest child.
The publication wrote, “Suddenly beset by maternal urges, Pippa Middleton told Kate that she would love to live with her and Will if allowed, so she can spend more time with the new baby and her nephew.”
It’s also been teased that Kate would love to have her sister with her.
“Kate loves having her there and knows that it will be a help to have her entertain baby George,” the publication continued. “Pippa takes her aunt role very seriously!”
Kate Middleton’s due date is believed to be at some point between April 15 and the end of the month. However, an official date hasn’t been provided by Kensington Palace.
