Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez’s now famous July 4 get-together has been revealed, in pictures.
Images — click here — of the recently reconciled teen sweethearts showed the 19-year-old singer and Gomez, 20, demonstrating ‘loved-up’ couple body language at a Hollywood Hills house party in L.A.
Bieber was pictured wearing casual, baggy clothes, while the Spring Breakers actress-singer wore a white, summer dress with heels. The Canadian was also spotted holding a beer.
Following revelations that the pair spent independence Day together, Bieber posted a friendly-looking Instagram of the twosome the day after.
Captioned “#Heartbreaker,” it’s also the name of the singer’s upcoming single which was recently teased in a commercial for his latest fragrance, The Key.
Last week it was reported Justin had “won” Selena over at the July 4 celebration after promising to “change his ways.”
Presumably, the pair would have had such a heart-to-heart alone so quite how anyone comes by these quotes is something of a mystery, but it’s the narrative de jour.
Both young stars have busy work schedules at the moment.
Bieber is touring North America ahead of dates in Asia, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand, while Gomez’s Stars Dance album drops July 23, one day after her 21st birthday. Her same name tour kicks off in Vancouver on August 14.
Asked about her resumed romance with Bieber during recent press rounds for her album, the starlet said:
“Sure, I knew people would talk about it,” she told Observer magazine .”But I can’t be afraid to live my life.”
The trick to keeping their now back-on relationship away from prying eyes?
“Everybody falls in love and you would never want to hide something you’re so happy about,” Gomez said. “But I’ve learned a lot. You keep the things that are super-private to yourself. I definitely want to do that now. But it’s so hard.”
Meanwhile, Bieber has been caught up in a new tale involving an alleged victim who claims the pop star spat in his face in an Ohio nightclub after he was allegedly accused of trying to take photos of the singer by his bodyguards.
The accuser, a deejay, subsequently felt compelled to call a local radio station to share his alleged distress .
Bieber’s rep has issued a vehement denial to the accusation and says the claim is a “lie” and that the incident “never happened.”
The spokesperson went on to describe the deejay as: “Another person looking for a paycheck in the witch hunt which at this point is just out of control.”
