Joanna Krupa has taken legal action against her fellow Real Housewives star Brandi Glanville. Over a year after their highly publicized feud began, Krupa has hired a lawyer and sent Glanville a letter, informing her of her intentions to sue .
In the letter, which was obtained by In Touch Weekly on January 14, Krupa stated Glanville made “false, damaging and humiliating” statements, which led to “hatred, ridicule and/or injury.”
Joanna Krupa’s feud with Glanville began in November 2013, when the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star alleged Krupa had slept with Mohamed Hadid during his marriage to Yolanda Foster — and that wasn’t all. Glanville also took aim at Krupa’s lady parts.
“Well, Mohamed did tell me that her ****** smelled.”
The comment caused quite a stir, both online and in the press, and last month, Glanville gave the feud a reboot during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live . Although the particular scene didn’t air on the show, it was posted on Bravo’s official website and quickly began circulating the web.
During the clip, Glanville asked host Andy Cohen when he last saw Krupa.
“Did you get food poisoning? From bad sushi that night?”
She then admitted Krupa was “beautiful,” but again, dissed her scent.
“She’s a beautiful girl. She’s stunning. You can’t help the odor situation.”
After the clip was posted, as the Inquisitir reported, Joanna Krupa spoke out, slamming Glanville for being obsessed with her and telling a cameraman she was trailer trash .
“I think Brandi Glanville is the biggest trailer trash woman out there,” Krupa told TMZ . “I just saw on E! News her interview with Andy Cohen talking about my stuff again. She needs to get a life, okay?”
“First of all, I’m happily married, I’m sorry that you’re so pathetic your ex-husband left you. Stop talking about me. Does she have nothing better to do in her life. It’s getting too much, like she’s trailer trash. That’s what she is. She’s so obsessed with me. She can’t stop talking about me. Why would Andy talk bad about me when she’s making stuff up to make herself famous? I don’t know what she’s doing. Stop with the injections in your cheeks. You’re never going to be Eastern European. Maybe you’re trying to be me, but you’re never going to be me, b***h!”
Weeks later, Joanna Krupa has hired attorney Ray Rafool, the man who helped Linda Hogan earn a hefty settlement in her 2007 divorce from Hulk Hogan.
Life & Style also reported on news of Krupa’s lawsuit , revealing she was suing for “slander, libel, defamation and/or intentional infliction of emotional distress” after becoming fed up with Glanville’s antics.
