Big news for Jennifer Love Hewitt ! The Client Lis t star is pregnant with her first child . Hewitt, 34, has been incredibly vocal about wanting to find love and eventually start a family. It looks like she finally got her wish, as she and actor Brian Hallisay are expecting their first child together.
The news hit after Jennifer Love Hewitt made a statement about her exciting announcement. In her statement Hewitt said: “We’re so thrilled and happy to start a family.” While she didn’t reveal how far along she is, a source close to Hewitt told Us Weekly that the actress is about three months along.
Hewitt and Hallisay met years about on their short-lived NBC series Love Bites , but they wouldn’t start a romance until much later. The two stars reconnected on the set of their hit Lifetime show the Client List , and have been dating for 15 months.
The news of her pregnancy must be pretty exciting for the actress, who has said :
“‘I would love to have babies. I’m obsessed with babies. I would love to have them one day.” Earlier in the year Us weekly published a story about how the actress was worried that she would never have a child, with sources claiming: ‘[She] feels worried that she will end up single, since none of her relationships have been successful. If it doesn’t work out with Brian, then she can still be a mm one day.”
Jennifer Love Hewitt has had a long string of potential men that she wanted to start a new life with. Previously she was engaged to actor Ross McCall, whom she had dated in 2005, and then broke it off in 2008. Hewitt then went on to date her Ghost Whisperer co-star Jamie Kennedy for a year before the two split. The actress also dated John Mayer and Will Friedle.
