Jenelle Evans was in Los Angeles over the weekend to attend the MTV Video Music Awards , and back home in South Carolina, her former fiance, Nathan Griffith, was “furious” after learning their son, Kaiser, had been left with one of her friends.

Jenelle Evans landed in Los Angeles on August 28, and before attending the big show on Sunday night, the Teen Mom 2 star hit the beach and spent time with her mother, Barbara Evans, at a hotel pool.
Meanwhile, Griffith, who Jenelle Evans split from last month, has grown unhappy with their co-parenting relationship and is reportedly planning to take action against her.
Griffith is “furious that he isn’t seeing his son,” a source told Radar Online on August 29.
“He is staying with one of [Jenelle Evans]’s friends instead of with his dad. That is totally unfair. He wants to see Kaiser and he can’t believe that she is all the way in LA and he still can’t see him, but he isn’t going to go on Twitter and blast her or anything childish like that.
“Nathan just has to get everything together. He wants to do things the right way and not mess anything up. He wants to be able to see his son. It kills him not be able to see him. [Jenelle Evans] is really playing dirty.”
Jenelle Evans and Griffith began dating in June 2013 after meeting on a dating app. Months later, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together, and in June 2014, Kaiser arrived. Although things between Jenelle Evans and Griffith were going well for a while after Kaiser’s birth, they took a quick turn for the worse after their January 2015 engagement.
In March of this year, Griffith was arrested after reportedly assaulting Jenelle Evans, but the charges were later dropped. Then, in April, Jenelle Evans was arrested for reportedly doing the same to him. But again, charges were ultimately dropped.
Jenelle Evans was also arrested earlier this month after she allegedly threw a glass cup at the head of Griffith’s new girlfriend, Jessica Henry. However, as People Magazine reported on August 21, the day after her arrest, this case is ongoing , and charges against Evans have not yet been dropped.
