Want the convenience of a convertible tablet with the power of a gaming machine? Then you might want to check out the HP TouchSmart Tm2 line which now offers an Intel Core i5 CPU option, specifically a 1.2GHz Core i5-430UM CPU.
Outside of the new processor the units other features are pretty standard for the line with a 12-inch multitouch touchscreen, the option of an integrated Intel graphics card or ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5450 GPU, 4GB of DDR3 RAM and other features.
The units start at $899, with the price quickly jumping upwards as new features and faster processors are added.
Remember when this system debuts with the Intel’s Core 2 Duo SU7300 processor, we sure have come a long way since those days, even if those days weren’t too long ago.
