A quick update for our HP and WebOS fans, the company has confirmed with a reliable source that the company will launch the HP TouchPad by mid-year with WebOS for PC following 6 months later.
According to PreCentral, the HP TouchPad is gearing up for a June 2011 release, a release date confirmed an the HP Summit in San Francisco by company CEO Leo Apotheker.
Also announced was WebOS for PCs, an operating system that will run inside the customers web browser, WebOS for PC will be available sometime towards the end of 2011.
