Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s relationship appears to be getting quite serious, and while they may not be pregnant or engaged, they could be looking to move in together in the near future.
Although Gwen Stefani and Shelton aren’t likely shacking up quite yet, Shelton continues to grow closer to her three sons with her soon-to-be ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, Apollo, 1. Throughout the last few weeks, Shelton has been seen with the boys on multiple occasions, and some might say he appears to be a part of their family at this point.

In some divorces, split parents are required to remain living in the state where their former spouse remains, but luckily for Gwen Stefani and her future with Shelton, she and Rossdale aren’t required to do so.
“There is no clause in Gavin and [Gwen Stefani]’s divorce settlement stating that both parties have to remain living in Los Angeles until their youngest son turns eighteen,” a Radar Online source revealed on February 19. “They share joint custody of the kids, but there would be nothing stopping [Gwen Stefani] from moving to Oklahoma to be with Blake.”
Gwen Stefani and Rossdale were married for 13 years when she filed for divorce in August 2015, just weeks after Shelton announced his own divorce from Miranda Lambert. Then, in late October, Gwen Stefani and Shelton were photographed together, seemingly hinting that things between them had turned romantic on the set of The Voice Season 9, and days later, they confirmed their relationship with a joint appearance in Nashville.
Following the Country Music Awards on November 4, Gwen Stefani and Shelton, who were mid-way through production on The Voice Season 9, attended an after-party, where they were spotted drinking with friends and holding hands. And since their public debut, Gwen Stefani and Shelton have made their romance no secret, and are often seen out and about in Los Angeles.
Throughout their relationship, the couple has faced a number of rumors regarding the next step in their relationship, many of which claim Gwen Stefani and Shelton are getting married or starting a family together (Gwen Stefani has three boys, but Shelton has no children of his own). Still, Gwen Stefani and Shelton have yet to announce any such news, and according to the latest reports, they aren’t yet planning to move in together in Oklahoma.
“There are no current plans for [Gwen Stefani] to move and she would never take the boys away from their dad,” the source explained. “[Gwen Stefani] and Blake are happily spending time together in Los Angeles. They travel back to Oklahoma, but their base will continue to be Los Angeles.”
The source added, “Blake absolutely loves the boys, and plays football, soccer and other games. Blake gets down and dirty with the boys and they love it.”

In addition to Radar Online’s report regarding Gwen Stefani and Rossdale’s divorce, a second report, via Hollywood Life , claimed Gwen Stefani was hoping to soon have her split finalized so that she could officially move on with her romance with Shelton.
Gwen Stefani “has been pushing her attorneys to do all they can to finalize her divorce from Gavin as soon as possible,” a source told Life & Style earlier this month. “[Gwen Stefani] feels like she’s in a race with Miranda to see who can get married first. She can’t help it — she’s playing along with [Miranda’s] games.”
