The Xbox One version of Rockstar’s GTA V Online Heists update will require 4.8GB of storage space, a recent report from GameSpot can confirm. While there has been no official word from the developers themselves, a Twitter user uploaded a screenshot of the update prompt in which the file size can be seen.

Other users have also been posting their screenshots showing they have received the Heists Online update earlier than expected.
However, according to the EuroGamer , the file size will be significantly lower for previous gen consoles, such as the Xbox 360, weighing in at around 1.2GB .
The GTA V add-on will feature five online heist missions, as well as an array of new weapons and some armored vehicles. The game will come packed with a new player-versus-player mode, new free roam activities, daily missions, and more. EuroGamer says that, “you’ll also be able to dress up and look the part with a wardrobe full of boilersuits, balaclavas, costumes and masks.”
Other sources indicate that the game will come loaded with nine new achievements, which are worth 250 Gamerscore. Achievements will be unlocked for finishing missions without taking damage and spending in-game money to update cars, among other things.
Recently, it was announced that the PC port of GTA V will also receive new music , including a radio station. The new music is set to be created by the original Grand Theft Auto composers, The Alchemist and Oh No.
GTA V was released September, 2013 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 before a new-gen version was launched the following year on November 18, 2014. It is considered one of the biggest video game franchises of all time, with the latest sequel selling around 45 million copies worldwide in store and digital transactions.
Grand Theft Auto 5 follows the lives of three criminals: Trevor, Franklin, and Michael. Players can switch between any of the characters during play, which adds a new dynamic to the series not originally seen in previous GTA games.
The game was released to massive critical acclaim, with aggregate game site Metacritic giving an average score of 97 out of a hundred. Edge magazine declared it a “remarkable achievement” while the UK’s Daily Telegraph newspaper said it was a “colossal feat of technical engineering.”
Xbox One and other console users will receive the GTA V update on March 10 with the Heis ts feature being available for the PC on release day this April.
