Gisele Bündchen Stuns at the Rio Carnival While Ex-Husband Takes Kids On A Ski Vacation

The former Victoria's Secret model has landed in Rio de Janeiro for the annual carnival celebrations, and she has stunned fans and critics alike. According to People, Gisele Bündchen was ecstatic as she landed in her hometown for the festival. She was snapped on Saturday exiting a plane in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. All smiles for the paparazzi the author/entrepreneur was dressed in athleisure  - a gray sweatshirt and sweatpants which she accessorized with a tan baseball hat and white sneakers. She also carried a white bag in her arms and a gray bag slung across her shoulder.

Bündchen and her ex-husband, Tom Brady were married for over 13 years before getting divorced on October 28, 2022, and since then, they have been leading separate lives and sharing their responsibilities toward their kids. While Gisele wowed everyone with her arrival in Rio, the NFL star is enjoying much-needed quality time with his children on a ski vacation after announcing his retirement. 

The annual Rio event began on February 17 and ends on Feb 22nd in Rio de Janeiro this year. The Brazilian festival usually kicks off the Friday afternoon before Ash Wednesday, which marks the beginning of the Lent season in the Christian calendar. On Thursday, the supermodel teased her fans by posting a video showing off her excellent Brazilian dance moves along with her friend and famous choreographer, Justin Neto. In the now-viral clip, Bündchen is seen grooving to the beat of Balança Pema by Brazilian artist Marisa Monte. She is seen wearing a black sports bra with gray leggings, while Neto wore a tie-dye, Pac-Man tee and shorts.

While this was her first single Valentine's since the divorce, she is not letting it get her down. "Getting in the mood for carnival!" she wrote in the caption

According to Daily Mail, the supermodel looked flirty and sexy in a black crop top and jeans as she partied the night away at the Rio carnival. She also took to Instagram stories on Sunday where she shared clips from the carnival celebrations with a large group of friends at the venue Camarote Brahma N°1. In the short story clips, a vivacious Bündchen filmed herself walking into a room with almost 20 people; she panned the camera across the room as a friend showed off some traditional Samba dance steps, a staple of the annual celebrations. Later, she led a group of partygoers in song. 

The stunning beauty accessorized her racy outfit with gold hoop earrings and bracelets, and she wore brown heels and carries a gold tote to match. She clicked multiple pictures on the red carpet and also posed with fans. She was also spotted enjoying the festivities from a balcony at the venue, sipping coconut water, while cheering the festive procession.  

Gisele and Tom have been spending some quiet time after announcing their painful divorce in October. The recent events may be proof that the two are trying to move on, and while they take care of their kids, are also enjoying their personal space when they can.
