A new complication is wrecking havoc for Elizabeth and Jake on General Hospital , and that complication comes in the form of Rebecca Budig’s character named Hayden. Budig has arrived in Port Charles, claiming to be Jake’s wife, and fans are anxious for General Hospital spoilers about what comes next.
Though early General Hospital spoilers had indicated that Budig would play a woman named Bailey, it turns out that’s not quite it. She says she is Hayden Barns and as fans have seen, Liz’s ex-husband, Ric Lansing, is behind this tall tale.
As the Tuesday, March 24 show picks up, GH spoilers indicate that viewers will see that Liz will let Hayden into her house, but she’s quite suspicious about Hayden’s claims that she’s Jake’s wife. Celeb Dirty Laundry shares that Hayden will claim that Jake went missing after the couple fought, and she couldn’t get the police to search for him.
Naturally, Liz will be doubtful about Hayden’s story. She wants proof that Hayden and Jake are married, and there’s little doubt that Ric will already be prepared for that to come up. Later, it seems that Liz will admit to Jake that she doesn’t want this to play out to be true.
Additional General Hospital spoilers indicate that during Tuesday’s show, Olivia will run into Julian again, and Ned shows up just in the nick of time to carry their baby daddy story forward. Julian keeps pushing to figure out if the baby could be his, and it seems that Olivia will start feeling some doubts over lying about it.
GH spoilers detail that Alexis may push Ned to confess that he’s not Olivia’s baby’s daddy. Of course, this could make for some interesting twists and turns, considering how Alexis is involved with Julian, but has lied in the past to cover up paternity of one of her children, too. Also ahead on Tuesday’s show, She Knows Soaps mentions that Patrick has an offer of some sort for Sam, but she may have reservations.
Viewers seemingly will see Hayden and Ric celebrating a great start to their plan regarding Jake and there’s naturally more to come on this front. Just how long will this one play out? Apparently, there are rumors that Jake’s real identity, Jason Morgan, could remain mostly under cover all the way until the November sweeps, though fans likely won’t be happy if that’s the case. However, Liz may not remain in the dark quite that long and it seems she may keep the realization to herself to keep Jake in her life.
