General Hospital spoilers for Thursday’s episode indicate that there are some intense conversations ahead. Elizabeth is getting ready to walk down the aisle to marry Jake, but the fact that he is really Jason Morgan is about to rock Port Charles. What’s coming up on the November 5 episode?
As She Knows Soaps shares, Laura will voice her concerns over the plans for Elizabeth to marry Jake. Laura knows the truth about Jake, and she’s already tried to get Liz and Nikolas to come clean about the situation. However, so far both have refused.

Viewers will see more from Laura regarding her concerns on Thursday’s show. She will pay a visit to Elizabeth as Liz is getting ready for the wedding. In addition, there is said to be an intense conversation between Nik and Laura coming in this episode as well.
GH fans saw earlier this week that Carly learned the truth about Jason and as she rushed to find him, a drunk Kiki ran her off the road. Luckily, Carly managed to get out of the car and get to her phone during Wednesday’s episode. General Hospital spoilers for Thursday’s show detail that Carly, unfortunately, will trip outside the car, fall, and go unconscious again, per Celeb Dirty Laundry .

While Jake doesn’t know where Carly is yet, he at least knows enough now to know she needs his help. General Hospital spoilers share that Jake will run into Sam, and the two will talk, but viewers will have to wait and see if she joins in on the hunt for Carly.
In the meantime, Liz continues to work on getting ready for the wedding at her home with the help of her hospital friends. It seems that Michael will stop by, looking for Sabrina, while Sabrina is at Liz’s contemplating both Michael’s proposal and the idea of perhaps admitting the truth to her beau about the baby.

There’s more on the way in Thursday’s episode regarding Sonny and his battle against Ava for Avery as well. Hayden scored an opportunity to attend Liz and Jake’s wedding with Nikolas, and Jake warned her not to cause any trouble. General Hospital spoilers detail that on Thursday’s show, Hayden will ask Nik if he really thinks she’ll be stirring the pot at all. Of course, Nik doesn’t really know what Hayden does or doesn’t remember about her life prior to the shooting, and she is certainly a bit unpredictable.
As it happens, Hayden absolutely does plan to shake up Liz just as the wedding is about to begin. That will take place on Friday’s episode, and this is an episode GH fans will not want to miss.
