Gavin Rossdale apparently has no shame in his game. According to a February 25 report by Radar Online , the soon-to-be ex-husband of Gwen Stefani, the mother of his three children, recently stepped out with their former nanny , Mindy Mann, who he was accused of having a three-year affair with during his marriage to Stefani.

On Thursday, Gavin Rossdale seemingly confirmed he and Mann were still seeing one another when they went out to eat at the Fat Dog gastropub in North Hollywood, California. In photos, Mann, who dyed her hair red weeks after their cheating scandal, was seen sitting across from Gavin Rossdale, as a third party sat at her side.
“They definitely acted like a couple,” an eyewitness told Radar Online . “They were eating off each other’s plates, leaning in, and laughing… It seemed like they were trying to stay under the radar, because this place is off the beaten path, but they arrived and left together.”
For years of his marriage to Stefani, the Australian-born Mann cared for Gavin Rossdale’s three sons, Kingston, 9, Zuma 6, and Apollo, 2. However, as he and Mann drank beer and dined, the children were nowhere in sight.

After 13 years of marriage, Gavin Rossdale and Stefani parted ways in August of last year, but months prior, as Us Weekly later revealed, Stefani had allegedly learned of his possible affair with Mann. According to the report, a fellow staffer of Mann told Stefani about her husband’s rumored infidelity, and on the family’s iPad, she uncovered a number of inappropriate messages between Gavin Rossdale and Mann.
“The iPad was linked to Gavin’s phone,” a family source told the magazine. “One of the other nannies discovered the exchange and told [Gwen Stefani].”
The admission “completely devastated her,” the source explained. “She was mortified, livid, and embarrassed.”
Once Stefani confronted Gavin Rossdale about the alleged affair, he immediately denied that his conversations with Mann were anything more than “flirtation,” but a few months later, claimed the source, he admitted to his wrongdoings.
“This was done right under Gwen’s nose,” a source tells Us .
Gavin Rossdale’s recent outing with Mann isn’t the first time he’s been spotted visiting with his alleged mistress. Back in December, one month after Us Weekly ‘s shocking report was published, the Daily Mail shared photos of Gavin Rossdale’s SUV parked outside of Mann’s Sherman Oaks daycare center, Pint Sized Kids.
Weeks later, it was revealed that Mann, who was fired in February after message between her and Gavin Rossdale were found, had been rehired by Rossdale to continue caring for the boys. In turn, Stefani reportedly felt Rossdale was trying to get under her skin due to her highly-publicized romance with Blake Shelton.
‘Things with [Gavin Rossdale] are worse than ever right now,” an insider told Hollywood Life last month. “He’s doing everything he can to get her upset, including bringing Mindy around the kids. She and Gavin have a joint custody agreement, so there’s nothing she can do about his choice to keep Mindy around, but it’s a hard pill for her to swallow. Gavin’s argument is that the kids still have a bond with Mindy, and he doesn’t see why she can’t see them.”
“Gwen knows [Gavin Rossdale] is doing this to get back at her because he doesn’t like Blake,” the source added. “She is trying her best not to let it get to her.”
