For the first time FKA Twigs is opening up about her engagement to Robert Pattinson. The private couple wanted to keep the news to themselves, but rapper T-Pain accidentally confirmed the news, which started a media storm.
So how did FKA Twigs react to the news? Well, she wasn’t pleased that’s for sure. The interviewer suggests that she seemed “genuinely sad” about how public the engagement news was.

Even though T-Pain confirmed the news, she told Complex that , “It’s fine. I’m a pretty chill person, do you know what I mean?”

That said, as her relationship with Robert Pattinson was put under a microscope, her career as an artist really soared. With fame comes public scrutiny, and FKA Twigs has received a lot due to her relationship with the high profiled Robert Pattinson.
All across social media, fans of Robert Pattinson have went out of their way to make remarks about her appearance. At the time FKA Twigs wrote on Twitter, “I am genuinely shocked and disgusted at the amount of racism that has been infecting my account the past week.” She continued, “Racism is unacceptable in the real world, and it’s unacceptable online.”

Although FKA Twigs and Robert Pattinson have persevered, Twigs said, “I wouldn’t say I’m completely numb to it now, but there’s definitely a numbness there.”
She continued, “But ultimately, I’m in an amazing relationship. So it doesn’t matter.”
As for dealing with the press and the prying questions about Robert Pattinson, she said, “If this is what being an artist is, I’m not really sure this is for me. This [the press cycle] is horrific. I could be doing dance class right now.”
Most recently the pair was seen at Coachella to check out Drake’s set.
