A convicted felon in Detroit, Michigan, is back behind bars, and it’s all because of a Facebook photo. According to MLive , 20-year-old Denzel Biggs recently posted incriminating photos to his public Facebook page aiming two handguns at the camera.

Biggs posted a photo on Facebook with the two handguns just 12 days after spending two years in prison. However, he didn’t stop there. Approximately two weeks after post, he reportedly uploaded another photo sitting on a couch with guns. Since Biggs reportedly has five prior firearm-related felonies, the Facebook posts reportedly caught the attention of the Federal Bureau of Investigation , according to the Detroit Free Press .

On August 20, Biggs was spotted by a Detroit police gang unit crossing a street with a man, identified as Darrius Oden. Officers reportedly noticed a bulge near Oden’s waistband. After further investigation, officers discovered that the bulge was a semiautomatic pistol. The concealed weapon led to the arrest of both Oden and Biggs . According to Opposing Views , Oden was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, and Biggs was arrested due to an outstanding felony warrant for the possession of a stolen vehicle.

The criminal complaint filed in federal court also cited a number of details that contributed to Biggs’ most recent conviction. Jail phone recorded after Biggs and Oden’s arrest prove that the guns were, indeed, his. During a phone call he made from the jail, he admitted to a woman that Oden “got caught with his gun.”

Based on the crime that led to his conviction, many news outlets and readers have taken Biggs’ arrest as an opportunity to slam him on social media by insisting that he should have known better. Since his arrest made headlines, he has been trolled on Twitter by hundreds of users who find his actions comical.

Here are some of the tweets.
