A DoorDash delivery woman has been arrested over a TikTok video that she posted  last month. The video showed a customer who was lying unconscious and n—- at his home in Oswego, New York.

The delivery woman, named Olivia Henderson is 23 years old and was taken into custody on November 10, following an investigation into the October 12 incident. The Oswego City Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE the arrest and further confirmed that they started the investigation on October 13 after they received a report about a male DoorDash customer found nude inside his home when Henderson  arrived to drop off his order.

Police mentioned that Henderson had reported being s—— assaulted during the encounter. However, after the investigation, authorities said, “We found no evidence of sexual assault against Henderson.” The man seen in the video, described as “incapacitated and unconscious” , has been cooperating with investigators.

Police said, Henderson uploaded a video of the n—- man to social media. They further noted that the footage was taken from the “exterior” of the residence. Henderson also talked about the incident on her TikTok page and said that she was subjected to “indecent exposure” by the customer who was “n—- and asleep within plain view of the front door, where she was asked to deliver the order” as PEOPLE reported.

She claimed that TikTok removed her video. However, the social media platform has not made any comments about this incident. Henderson has also claimed since then that DoorDash, TikTok, and Oswego police are all trying to silence or punish her for speaking about her alleged assault.

In one of her videos, she said, “They just punished me for reporting my sexual assault while DoorDashing” as she further mentioned that her DoorDash account has been deactivated since she spoke about the incident.

In another video, she called out TikTok, saying, “TikTok is silencing my story” as she claimed that she had received threats after posting the video of the n—- customer.  DoorDash responded to PEOPLE’s requests for comments and according to an October 6 statement, they confirmed that a dasher involved in the posting of a video of a naked customer has indeed been deactivated.

However, their statement neither took the name of Henderson nor mentioned the location and date of the incident. It only referred to “tough and sensitive posts” “over the past few days.”

In the statement, DoorDash also mentioned that they have a zero tolerance policy for sexual assaults and applauded the dasher who showed enough courage to speak up about her unfortunate experience. However, they further added, “posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our polices.”

DoorDash’s statement said her account was deactivated solely for posting the video. The company added that she still has full access to her earnings.

According to Oswego police and as reported by PEOPLE, “Henderson has been charged with one count of first-degree dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image and one count of second-degree unlawful surveillance.” Henderson was let go with a ticket and as per online court records, she is scheduled to arrive in court on December 4.
