Marilyn Manson has never been afraid to push buttons, but this time, he’s pushed some pretty major ones when he made sure that President-elect Donald Trump was featured, in likeness form, in his new video. Unfortunately, this video in which President-elect Donald Trump was featured is very not safe for work!

According to the Daily Beast , the shock rocker — who has a new LP coming out — had President-elect Donald Trump featured , in likeness, in his new video for “Say10,” which is the first single off the upcoming album of the same name. The track, which has been recorded in Manson’s traditional style of industrial rock inspired by Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails, is as it is, but his video features the idea of the new President-elect getting beheaded by Manson.

The similarities between the victim of execution, in the video, and the real Trump are undeniable: both have orange hair, both wear dark suits, and both wear red ties. In addition, the body types between Manson’s beheading victim and the real Trump are quite similar, and it’s hard not to picture that Manson wasn’t singing about President-elect Trump when he sings “cash is the poor man’s money.”

This isn’t the first time that Marilyn Manson has acted as a sort of agent provocateur, although this is certainly the first time he’s been vehement about the direction of a presidential candidate. And though he hasn’t directly come out and said that it was President-elect Donald Trump who’s featured in the new “Say10” video, the Daily Dot suggests that this, indeed, is so.

But according to the rock star, the song isn’t just about the presidential election , and neither is the video a direct indictment of President-elect Trump. Rather, Manson claims that the message he was trying to send in the video was one that had much more “global” implications.

Said Manson:

“Either way tomorrow goes, the visuals are meant to create contemplation. Because it’s obviously bigger than just tomorrow. It’s about the desperate acts of people who believe something that is preached by an unbeliever.”

And in case you think this case of President-elect Donald Trump being featured in a Marilyn Manson video isn’t weird enough, the rocker told Entertainment Weekly that he planned to go much further than he did in the video. Of course, he pushed every button with beheading a Trump-like figure , but he also pushed the buttons of religion in the video, as he’s seen tearing pages out of the Bible.

While this is not the first time Manson has attacked Christianity, he told EW that this wasn’t his specific goal with the new video. Rather, he’d hoped that the video would “provoke discussion.”

Said Manson:

“Right now we’re in such a state of confusion when it comes to religion, politics, sexuality, and how they all tie together, and it’s being turned into a circus and a sideshow – and that’s something that I’ve been described as a ringleader of. It seems like a time for me as an artist, and as an American artist, to make something that causes a new set of questions to arise that aren’t simply statements.”

Manson also said that the reason that President-elect Donald Trump got featured in likeness, and not Hillary Clinton, was because he wanted to take a stand against one of the candidates. However, he also made clear that neither candidate held any appeal for him.
