Although a source close to Teen Mom 2 ‘s Kailyn Lowry has recently stated that she’s not interested in dating anyone of either gender, some fans are speculating that Kail and her baby daddy #3, Chris Lopez, have decided to give their relationship an actual try.
Some of the speculation comes from the YouTube channel, The Grace Report, who has stated that one of her Twitted followers think Kailyn Lowry and Chris have gotten back together due to the speculation that they have adopted a puppy together.
Recently, a breeding company named Angel’s Frenchies, posted a photo of Kail holding a new puppy. Kail’s new puppy has been named Gotti, though she hasn’t gone into specifics about why she’s chosen this name.
So how does this all lead to her getting back with Chris Lopez?
Well, on the same day, he tweeted (which is now deleted) a post that stated “Gotti goin be tuff (sic).” Previously, Chris has deleted other tweets that have outed him as the father of Kailyn Lowry’s baby, even before he was revealed as the father. One of his deleted tweets, for example, stated that he was excited for his “miracle child.”
Some speculate that Kailyn Lowry is looking for someone new , since she added to Instagram that in regards to relationships, “Their effort will show you the position they want in your life not their words, promises, or intentions.”
If Kail and Chris are back together, it would mean that he has done a complete 180 in recent weeks–however, it is unlikely that he would be talking about the dog that Kailyn Lowry is adopting if he wasn’t planning to be in her life in some capacity.
Recently, however, it was reported that Kail didn’t even expect him to be present at the birth of their child. An insider revealed that Kailyn Lowry would tell him when she was going into labor but didn’t expect him to show up because the pair hadn’t spoken in weeks.
“Kail doesn’t have his number. He disconnected his phone,” an insider also revealed to Radar Online.
The insider also continued, stating that Chris found his and Kail’s relationship to be one of convenience, not of love.
“Kail became a relationship of convenience for him. He never actually loved her. It was a relationship, but he just decided he wanted something different and things didn’t work out so they went their separate ways,” the source revealed.
The source also stated that Kailyn Lowry was also extremely upset when the couple broke up after a brief fling. They met and got together during their days at Delaware State University, which Kail recently graduated from a couple of weeks ago, being the only Teen Mom on the franchise to have actually finished her degree.
Kailyn Lowry wrote in her blog that she is incredibly nervous about being a single mom for the entirety of her baby’s life.
“I think I’m most worried about the changes ahead, but also that I will have this baby 24/7 by myself with no help. I’m going to be a single parent from the beginning!” she penned.
However, if she and Chris are giving things a genuine shot, it appears that she may not actually be going at it alone from the beginning. However, considering Kail’s history with her relationships, it will be interesting to see if she the father of her child will actually stick together and how long for.
Thus far, Kail hasn’t made any kind of statement about whether or not she and Chris are back together, or why he is mentioning her new puppy as though they are raising it together.
