It’s “Xûrsday” in Destiny for the PlayStation and Xbox. Xûr, Agent of the Nine, has returned to the Tower with a new collection of Exotic goods to sell and upgrade. Find out what he has for the weekend of Friday, January 9.
Destiny players looking for Xûr should turn right and head toward the hangar after spawning at the Tower. Once you’ve gone through the long hallway and entered the hangar, turn right and you will see the seller of Exotics. Here’s where you can find him on the Tower map, just to be sure.
Xûr and his items will only be available in Destiny through the morning of Sunday, January 11. As soon as the clock strikes 5 a.m. ET / 2 a.m. PT, he will be gone.
This weekend, Xûr is primarily selling non-DLC items. Sorry, Warlocks who haven’t picked up The Dark Below , you don’t have any armor to buy this week. One of the better PVP hand cannons is on sale though, and those needing to stock up on heavy weapon ammo synthesis packs again are in luck.
Here is what is available for sale and upgrade from Xûr this weekend. Thanks again to DestinyDB for the Exotic information below.

For those wondering what to get, here are a few helpful hints.
The Insurmountable Skullfort is the other helmet available Striker Titans in Destiny . And by other, I mean you only want to pick it up if you don’t have the other Exotic Titan helmets or chest plates available. It is geared toward health regeneration with the Infusion perk that replenishes health when picking up Orbs. Meanwhile, the Improved Transfusion perk regnerates health when killing enemies with the Fist of Havoc. Not bad to have for the final encounter in the Crota’s End raid , but not as useful as other Exotics like Helm of Saint-14, Inmost Most, or Armamentarium.
The Lucky Raspberry is the exotic chest armor made for the Hunter Bladedancer sub-class. Its class specific perk, Improved Arcbolt Grenade, allows the Arcbolt grenade to chain further and lets you spawn with full grenade energy. Meanwhile, it also comes with two perks to increase the amount of Fusion Rifle and Heavy Weapon ammo you can carry.
The Starfire Protocol chest armor for Warlocks is meant for the Sunsinger sub-class thanks to the “Starfire Protocol” perk. It allows for an additional Fusion grenade. However, this does not stack with the “Gift of the Sun” perk, so you can still only max out at two. What it does allow is for you to select either the “Angel of Light” or “Touch of Flame” perks instead. It also allows you to carry extra Fusion Rifle and Heavy Weapon ammo.
How does Xûr’s collection of exotic goods look to you this weekend? Sound off in the comments below.
