Days of Our Lives spoilers for the upcoming episodes reveal that Dr. Marlena Evans is about to find herself in some serious danger. The psychiatrist will not only try to help the man accused of being the Salem serial killer, but she will also become a target of the actual killer.
Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Marlena Evans will try to help Chad DiMera, the same man accused of killing Serana Mason and Paige Larsen, remember what he was doing when the two women were killed. Since Chad seemed to be black out drunk at the time of both murders, he doesn’t know if he committed the terrible crimes or not.
Days of Our Lives viewers will see Marlena try and help Chad recover those suppressed memories by using hypnotherapy, a process in which the doctor will hypnotize the youngest DiMera and guide him while trying to unblock the memories he’s been hiding from himself. It’s unclear if the process will work. However, someone won’t be happy about Marlena’s involvement in trying to clear Chad’s name.
The killer on the loose, whoever that may be, will reportedly target Marlena as one of his next victims. Although Days of Our Lives fans may remember that Marlena has some serious experience in protecting herself and being a victim of multiple crimes. In addition to being kidnapped, held captive, and possessed, she herself has been a Salem serial killer in the past, when she believed she was the one killing beloved Salem residents thanks to the manipulation of Stefano DiMera.
Meanwhile, Chad DiMera will continue to be the top suspect for the murders. The Christian Post reports that evidence is stacking up against Chad. The Salem P.D. has witness seeing him with Serena and Paige before their deaths as well as DNA evidence linking him to one crime scene.
However, some fans believe that Hope’s new fiance, Aiden Jennings, could be the real killer. Aiden has shown his true colors as it was revealed he was hired by Stefano DiMera to marry Hope and make her forget about her absent husband, Bo Brady, who is being held captive in an unknown location.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Bo will get home soon, thanks to help from his best friend, Steve Johnson, but he as well as his son, Shawn Brady, who is also returning to Salem soon will have their own suspicions about Hope’s new love.
