Dance Moms fans will have to hang tight this week, as there is no new episode or special on again until Season 5 resumes on June 9. It’s been a busy season, and from the sounds of things, there is plenty more fun and drama to come. Since there is no new Dance Moms episode on June 2, fans are already looking forward to the next new show. What spoilers are available for the rest of Season 5?
Nia Sioux Frazier teases via Instagram that Season 5 kicks back into gear again on June 9 with a fun video the girls made for fans. The piece is done to Jessie J.’s “Masterpiece,” and the show’s Facebook page shared an additional sneak peek . All of the current dancers are in the mix of things, so it would seem that everybody is back for the second half of Season 5 despite some rumors to the contrary .
Abby Lee Miller and her Dance Moms families are focused on the Los Angeles Abby Lee Dance Company studio now, and the competitions are going to be more dramatic than ever. The Dance Moms spoiler Wikia page has shared that filming for the rest of Season 5 is just now wrapping up.
Nia Sioux Frazier, JoJo Siwa, Mackenzie and Maddie Ziegler, Kalani Hilliker, and Kendall Vertes have all been spotted being in the mix of filming and competing this spring. Will they all return for Season 6, though? Fans are definitely bracing themselves for some departures and changes, though so far nobody in the group is confirming anything.
Dance Moms spoilers for the remainder of Season 5 tease that Cathy of Candy Apples may be cast aside in some way, but some of her dancers will still be involved. It also seems that one of the ALDC moms may be expecting another baby, though that may not be incorporated into the show until Season 6.
In the episodes to come, viewers can expect to see Nia release an additional song and video, and Kendall’s work should be shared, as well. Maddie is continuing to do new projects in Los Angeles, and that will surely get plenty of attention in upcoming episodes, as well.
How wild will the rest of Season 5 of Dance Moms get? Luckily, this time around, fans won’t have to wait too long to find out. The second half of the current season of Dance Moms kicks back into gear on Lifetime on Tuesday, June 9.
