Bachelor stars Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff have been pretty quiet over the past week or so since he wrapped up his commitment to Dancing With the Stars . While Chris has posted a bit on social media regarding the farm, neither Chris or Whitney have posted much more than that or anything about being together. However, it seems a friend revealed a fun little tidbit for fans that should bring some smiles.
Cody Sattler and Chris Soules became good friends during their time together on Andi Dorfman’s season of The Bachelorette . In fact, many will remember that Cody stayed with Chris for a while to help train him before filming The Bachelor . Cody lives in Chicago, as does Whitney, and it seems they’ve become friends as well.
Monday night as The Bachelorette aired, Cody shared a cute picture via Instagram. He was snuggling on Whitney’s dog Lillie and it seems he’s awfully smitten. Cody noted that he was watching Monday’s episode with Chris and Whitney and he was snuggling with Lillie as Soules and Bischoff snuggled together on the couch.
Though Cody didn’t note whether he was in Chicago or Iowa, most would guess based on the details in the background, that they were all at Whitney’s Chicago place. Soules has said in the past that Chicago is like a second home to him as he has family that lives there and it’s only about a four-hour drive from his place in Iowa. Now that he’s also got Whitney and Cody based there, it seems he’s making himself quite at home there.
Many have been buzzing about relationship troubles for Chris and Whitney, especially toward the end of Dancing With the Stars when Soules was in the thick of intense rehearsals and Bischoff went back to Chicago for a bit. There have been rumors that the two were on the verge of announcing a split, but the couple themselves haven’t acknowledged the rumors with any type of confirmations.
After Chris was eliminated from the show, Bischoff did hit the road with Lillie for a quick visit. While Whitney wasn’t seen in the DWTS audience for the finale, it seems she was there as Chris has posted a couple of photos on Instagram showing her in Los Angeles with him during the final show.
Now that the cameras are gone and Chris and Whitney are settling back into everyday life, Bachelor fans will be watching to see how things go. They have said that Whitney wouldn’t be moving to Iowa immediately, but the two have been seemingly visiting one another’s homes pretty regularly lately. That’s a good sign for anxious fans who are rooting for this couple to make it.
Chris and Whitney may have the odds stacked against them and rumors brewing, but Cody’s note about them snuggling and being together may help a bit. Time will tell whether the Bachelor stars are able to make their relationship work for the long term and many are still hopeful that there will be wedding bells and babies ahead for Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff.
