Asian culture probably looks totally normal to someone who lives within the culture, even those from Japan and South Korea , where psychedelic colors and bizarre surreal imagery plague even the most effervescent of pop song videos. But China, being the largest of the three countries, is not be outdone. Its most recent venture into the world of Asian pop music features a bizarre chicken-themed video.
Though it might be too harsh to say that it’s the Asian version of doing music videos that are odd. Malaysian Daily News tweeted that it was Americans who should be accustomed to odd videos.

That’s not to say that “Chinese Chicken” has taken the title for oddest Asian pop music video quite yet. There’s still quite a bit of competition — even just this group of Korean ones might have it beat.
