Actor Charlie Sheen has slammed President Barack Obama yet again, this time with a damning controversial tweet aimed at the President for “wasting time” with his March Madness brackets instead of attending the funeral of Major General Harold Greene, a two-star general killed in Afghanistan back in 2014.

TMZ caught up with Charlie Sheen in yet another bizarre outburst from the 49-year-old actor. Sheen said, “I don’t care about the picks, I care about wasting that kind of time when the world is in the state that it’s in right now, and it just makes me insane.”

“It’s not cool, it’s not cool, it’s not fair… to the families, and to who we are as a republic… it’s not fair and and we deserve better from our president… and I demand it. That’s all I’m saying.”

However, Charles Barkley defended President Obama and called out those who criticized him for “wasting time” on his NCAA brackets.

“Listen, you people in America who are upset that President Obama did a bracket… why don’t ya’ll just go say you don’t like him because he’s black. Cut through all the BS… don’t say he take too many vacations… just say, ‘We don’t like him because he’s black.’”

Despite the criticism, a member of the Obama administration did attend the funeral of Major General Harold Greene. The U.S. defense secretary, Chuck Hagel, attended the funeral and met with the family of the two-star General.

Lately , Charlie Sheen has made his feelings known about President Obama’s performance at the Oval Office.

His latest criticism comes as his former Two and Half Men co-star , Jon Cryer, explained how Sheen went on a downward spiral after his dismissal from the CBS hit show.

“Charlie didn’t look so good as we started our eighth season in fall 2010: gaunt, pale, sallow, even sweaty occasionally. He started talking to himself. His timing started to go off, too. He was rushing lines. Charlie just wasn’t hitting the jokes the way he used to.”

In response to those comments, Charlie Sheen was still complementary to Cryer calling the actor “awesome.”
